Travel X
Travel X had no predictable client acquisition system and an inconsistent sales process. As a one-person operation, the owner was responsible for every aspect of the business, making it difficult to generate consistent growth while also serving clients.
We built two client acquisition systems using Meta Ads. The first generated qualified leads from travellers interested in booking cruise vacations. The second focused on recruiting full-time travel agents to grow the team. Multiple video creatives were developed and tested to maximize performance for each audience.
The campaigns generated more than 1,112 qualified travel leads and recruited five new travel agents. Every new agent earned commissions within their first month, giving Travel X a predictable system for both customer acquisition and team growth.
